Testing Request and Information Use Agreement

1. Information and permitted purposes
You authorize Solved Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to use the name, organization, WeChat ID, application scenario and testing information you submit to evaluate this request, arrange software or matrix performance testing, communicate with you, deliver results and maintain necessary request and handling records.
2. Use of matrix data
For assisted performance testing, you authorize our product and technical teams to access the matrix links you provide and to read, store and process the matrices and instructions only as necessary for this test. Access codes are used only to retrieve the test data. We will not use the information for unrelated marketing, publish or sell it, or use it for other projects without separate authorization.
3. Submission and testing arrangements
Please ensure that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the matrices and instructions. Do not submit confidential data. Matrix files are provided through your external links; this website does not accept matrix file uploads. The testing scope, environment, schedule and results delivery will be agreed with you. Submitting a request does not constitute approval or a performance guarantee.
4. Confirmation and information management
By selecting the agreement checkbox and clicking “Submit request”, you confirm this authorization. We retain the accepted version, text and confirmation time, restrict access to staff working on this request, and retain records only for necessary periods. Matrix copies that are no longer needed will be deleted. Contact the product team through WeCom to review or correct information or withdraw authorization for future use. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Other personal information practices are described in the Privacy policy.
